Responsible for supporting Kronos Workforce Scheduler with Optimization (WFSO ver 5.2). This includes providing day to day Tier 2 help desk support as well basic configuration and troubleshooting as necessary. Good understanding of retail environment required.
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Support and configure and enhance the WFSO application.
2) Work closely with end users to support their business needs.
3) Escalate issues as necessary to Kronos programming team.
Required General Skills:
1) Interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (technical, management and customers).
2) Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and completely.
3) Ability to firmly commit to tasks and meet deadlines.
4) Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision - self starter.
Required Technical Skills:
1) 1-2 years providing help desk support for WFSO.
2) Experience working with Kronos in a retail environment.
