$65.00 to $70.00 per hour Corp to corp.  This is with my direct client (Large retail & investment Bank) and we are anxious to find good talent

need a lead developer for design and development. application is built with a .net front end, C# middle layer, and Oracle 10g back end. We also have Java batch processing running on our Oracle unix server which handles data input and data output from this application. there are two additional applications, one in .net and the other in Java/JSP that need enhancements.

The group has both (asp & C#) and Java team members, so the ideal candidate would have a combination of these skills
But ASP.net experience will be primary, Java experience secondary. Also, we need a candidate with strong SQL skills, `sql` meaning the ability to write efficient and complex sql statements
and stored procedures. Data modeling is also a required skill.

Must communicate clearly and effectively and work well with the existing team.

Lastly, provided our workload in 2008, we may have an opportunity for additional FTE, and our preferred method to fulfill the FTE is to flip an FTC. Consequently, we will interview most of our contractors with this option in mind, which may be a relatively more 'critical' interview than the average contractor position.
